Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

Domestic (Israel): 3–7 business days
International: 7–21 business days (depending on location and shipping method selected)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as customs, weather, or carrier delays.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
ULTRASDRIP.COM is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Lost or Damaged Packages
ULTRASDRIP.COM is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Keep all packaging materials and damaged goods for proof when filing the claim.
Undeliverable or Refused Shipments
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or if the package is refused, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees.
