Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with ULTRASDRIP.COM. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

  1. Returns
    We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or confirmation email).

  1. Non-Returnable Items
    The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as “final sale”

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Items that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer

  1. Refunds
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

If you haven’t received your refund after that period, please check with your bank or credit card company first, then contact us at weaamasakly3@gmail.com.

  1. Exchanges
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at weaamasakly3@gmail.com.

  2. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Items
    If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
